What is very relevant, however, is whether or not someone in a high level position on the global stage like Christine Lagarde does.

It's quite clear that the "numerology" CL refers to is not relating to energies or predictions... if the numbers mean anything, which I believe they do, then she is giving codes/sending messages.
Once again, this lady is one of the most powerful women on this planet, so whatever she sends out as message is no guess at all... she cannot leave the recipients of these codes/message to chance.
