The US has stepped up to the mediation table and may have an answer that is agreeable to both the Kurds and Baghdad according to an MP of the State Law coalition.....this is good news if it can be trusted.....they are now looking at possibly next Tuesday as a Parliament session with the budget back on the agenda for the second reading.

Erbil announces a gesture of goodwill to resolve the dispute with the oil Baghdad
Barzani in a telephone conversation with Biden committed to 100,000 barrels of oil per day starting the first of April....Biden of course held the line that the Kurds need to work things out with Baghdad....and Barzani said they were working together....but had not come to an agreement.....same ole....same ole. Barzani did speak of the April export expectations for the Kurds saying this was a good faith effort on their part....it is funny that Biden would state that they need to emphasize development of relations between the region and the US.....the region has been trying....it appears to be the US that needs to work on their relationship with the region....IMO.
