WHY WE ARE BEING SO MISLEAD IS NOT CLEAR AT THIS TIME... I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY TWO PEEPS IN IRAQ...THAT MANY OF THE FILM BEING SHOWN OF SHOTS BEING FIRED ARE SHOTS FROM THE WAR YEARS AGO.

I am waiting for the 2014 IMF Article IV Consultation.
After review of that, I will decide.
The last statement form the IMF was later this year so I am expecting it sometime in July-Aug.
