[kitchencat] There will be no tax on this....really???
[.SEDNET1] kitchencat Actually,IMO there will not be any tax on it. I can explain (again) later.
[DinarBob] .SEDNET1 I am with you on the tax. The RV has to happen at some time in history. I just believe now is that time but we have some bad guys throwing those left handed monkey wrenches in the gears. However; the gears are now so large and moving with such precision that all is being crushed without slowing down the machinery.
[.SEDNET1] It works this way, in fact one will only be making a "conversion" from one currency to another. The "value" will remain the same. (Less bank conversion fees) One could always covert it back to the original currency, or to a third currency, and again, it will be worth exactly the same amount, less "conversion fees" Since there is no "GAIN" there is nothing to TAX. IMO
[.SEDNET1] DinarBob That information comes directly from my Corporate Attorney, Who was a prosecuting Atty in Mxxx, and Lead Council for Hxxxxx xxx xxxxx. I trust her advice emphaticly. Further, The banks have NO LAWFUL authority to collect taxes on or for anything, AND with the re-instatement of the Republic, the IRS will be even more toothless than they are now. People fear the IRS because they work with intimidation.
[DinarBob] .SEDNET1 in reality, I hope you are correct. I personally think this is a simple currency transaction and non-taxable event per 13303 (if I understood correctly).
