Ala Talabani: We expect to launch an advance to the provincial employees' salaries before Eid

Stressed the MP for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Ala Talabani, that the dispute between Baghdad and Erbil on the budget for fiscal 2014,
differs from the issue of the launch of the salaries of the staff of the Kurdistan region, because the last of the powers of the Prime Minister of the Federal Haider al-Abadi, as suggested launching an advance salary before Eid al-Adha.

Yes it would make sense that they would do it this weekend. I believe that it has also been said in their papers that the Kurdish gov and its people salaries would be paid back pay by October 1st plus payment for the months of October, November, and December by October 1st.
