Question for Mr. 26:
How delayed do you think the news is. I only ask because they didn't have any sessions of parliament last week. Is it possible that all of the Oil & Gas negotiations announced in this weeks news occurred last week?
So things are farther along than we are aware.
IMO...... 48 hrs.
Use to always be 72.

Just a point of observation on my part
I think I have observed 3-4 articles in the last 24 hours or so that have used the word "speed"....when was the last time we saw this word as a part of the Iraqi vocabulary....yes I'm partially be funny here....but also extremely serious. We are experiencing a "new Iraq" I think....one that has been slow to crack the shell....but this new government is definitely trying to prove to their people and to the world at large that they are capable of getting things done and staying on target of what has been promised.
I get a sense that PM Abadi is a man of his word.....he's still new enough that people continue to test him and watch his every move and decision with a highly focused microscope, but he is for the most part holding true to much of what he promised early on....and seems to be within reason of his target dates as well.
We have become long on waiting.....I am thinking just a short bit longer and apprehensions should be turning to smiles of confidence in what they are doing, what they are finally saying.....in the direction they are taking things....yes we need to stay grounded.....but not buried...IMO. Aloha Randy
