A source close to Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki for the last deported his family out of Iraq.
said the source, who declined to Easter identified, said, "Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki decided to produce his family to London because of the poor conditions in the country."
the source added, "The This decision was requested by the House of Representatives to declare a state of extreme emergency in the whole of Iraq, "explaining that" This is meant to stop the work of all the legislative authorities and the survival of the matter in the making and implementation is entrusted with al-Maliki as prime minister of Iraq for the emergency government. "
announced Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki, Tuesday, declaring a state of alarm maximum in the whole of Iraq, and asked for Parliament to declare a state of emergency to cope with the organization "Daash."
Maliki said at a press conference in Baghdad, said that "the government has decided to declare a state of alarm maximum in Iraq," and urged parliament to "hold a hearing urgent to declare a state of emergency in the country in order to meet the organization Daash terrorist. "
It is said that organizations and armed groups, since Monday night, the building of Nineveh province and Mosul airport, fallopian Sama Mosul and Nineveh tomorrow spacecrafts, as well as security stations and other official institutions, as deployed in right and left coasts of the city,
as has been smuggling thousands of prisoners from jails and Badush Tasfirat and counter-terrorism in the province by actors wearing military uniforms.
I believe that Maliki is involved although the proof is not available yet. IMO this is a last ditch ploy to at least temporarily stay in power. He knows everyone is now his enemy and he has nothing left to lose. I think this is a last ditch effort to stir the pot to survive.
It has now been confirmed that Maliki has sent his family out of the country. I am sure many of the leadership of the SOL have also sent their families out of Iraq. I also do not believe parliament will grant him his state of emergency because they might have uncovered some news that Nujaifi will talk about.
It would be very hard for Daash to spring board out of Anbar clear into Mosul without their being some indication that they were preparing to launch such an offensive. Ground movements alone would have been detected therefore for this to come completely out of left field is suspicious.
Remember a few of Maliki's generals are on that list Maliki submitted for immunity and it is my belief that they may be working in tandem to create this mess.. So it is my opinion that Maliki has either given some elements of Daash safe passage to Mosul and maybe has gone so far as to provide the cover to get in the city by having his own loyal murderers and assassins to act as military and security giving them easy access to the take over.
Also the timing on this is also very suspicious. Nujaifi is seeking help from the UN and intends to make a statement today on what the plan of action will be.
Most of you know that if its bad news, Maliki has generally been the culprit. I think this will not slow down the change of government.
If parliament does not declare a state of marshall law on the 15th there will be a unified government and I feel that they will quickly dispatch this problem. I hope I am right on this matter. Only time will tell. tlar
