This baby is at 9 1/2 months .......... With water broken and dilated to give LIFE.
I even have the nursery room ready for baby crying out loud.......... lol
The solution to this is patience and prayers! It is my strong belief that this is going according to CBI's plan down to the wire .. I don't think we have delays. I think the CBI is working their plan and will expedite it down to the wire in "June of 2014" like they told us last year. It seems like "delays" because we watch so closely at every detail (so frustrating to watch how they do things in Iraq), while the CBI is executing their plan with precision. It is coming IMHO /... this month, like CBI told us last year!!
Indubitably my Good Friend when You say ..........."The solution to this is patience and prayers!"
I liken the MR (Monetary Reform) to a Lava Flow. You have to experience one in order to appreciate this metaphor.
NOTHING can STOP it but large things can slow it's progress of eventuality.
Like a bolder or a rock wall. Yes ......... Slows the flow but with time .......... engulfs it and continues to go about it's path with a defiant attitude and ......... GOLD........ I mean GOAL..........
I Aloha You ......... KTFA, Frank
Election commission delays the announcement of results of appeals to grant blocs enough time to negotiate
10-06-2014 12:04 PM
I expected the Liberal bloc to press some of the political blocs on the Electoral Commission to defer action on the 'electoral appeals' to make way for it to complete the negotiations to form the next government.
to the likely political circles for asylum blocks to a breach of quorum the first session to get around the 'open meeting' which prevented the Federal Court, and gain more time to negotiate.
At this point, said an expert electoral vacancy Regulations Commission of the State 'time limit' to decide on appeals made by the winning blocs, revealing the arrival of a large number of them to the Commission.
provided the political blocs on May 4 last dropped its complaints results as provided by the laws of the Commission , and timed out after 10 days to appeal. And wait for the political parties ratify the final results for the start of their negotiations Avenue, but it faces embarrassment in the timings which oblige them to hold the first meeting 10 days after the ratification of the results, and to prevent the Federal Court for the 'open meeting' which was used to him after the 2010 elections.
says bright Naji, the spokesman on behalf of the Liberal bloc parliamentary, it 'after the ratification of the election results is imperative for the presidency to invite the new parliament to convene to choose a major Parliament and of the Republic'.
added Naji, told the 'term' that 'this call be during the period of 15 days may be extended to 15 days Other one-time Only non-extendable thereafter be selected major and his deputies and the Republic in the first session chaired by the oldest member. '
and Article 54 of the Constitution states that 'The President of the Republic, the Council of Representatives to convene by a presidential decree within fifteen days from the date of approval of the general election results , and the meeting will be held under the chairmanship of the oldest member, to elect a president and two deputies, and may not be extended for more than the period mentioned above. '
and about the steps expected for after the ratification of the results, illustrates the MP for the Liberal bloc by saying that 'scenarios for the formation of the current government are different from what happened in 2010 to the presence of decision of the Federal Court which prevents the parliamentary session open to it without any legal basis or constitutional ', noting that' the Federal Court blocked the road in front of the political blocs if it wants to resort to the open meeting. "
He guessed MP bright Naji said 'winning political blocs and the powerful will resort to pressure on the judiciary and the Electoral Commission to postpone the ratification of the election results until the completion of transactions forming the next government and the distribution of positions among themselves. '
and whether there was a 'time limit' to decide on appeals filed on the results of the election, says Naji 'according to the rules and regulations of the Commission is to decide appeals during the period of ten days and then approved by the Federal Court. "
In the same context, predicted political circles spoke for the 'long' to 'turn the political blocs to prejudice quorum the first session after the call presidency them'.
adds circles familiar with the scenes of the negotiations, saying that 'the masses feel In this parliamentary session by pressing the timings constitutional does not allow it to conclude deals to form the next government Balno who aspired to '.
talked circles for 'The existence of an agreement semi-final to go to the first session, if there is no agreement on the formation of the largest parliamentary bloc, after a call presidency and then breach the quorum parliamentary to circumvent the ban on open meeting by the Federal Court ', and drew circles that' scenario prejudice quorum first session will allow all parties to take the time to negotiate the shape of the next government. "
In this regard, confirms Adil al-Lami, an expert in the matter election, that 'the Iraqi constitution includes the ends loose did not address the issue of prejudice quorum legal for the first meeting. "
explains al-Lami, said that 'the regulations prior to the Commission had to decide appeals during the period of ten days from the submission and then approved by the Federal Court', adding that 'regulations Current did not set a time limit specified for deciding appeals. "
He pointed a former official in the election commission that 'the number of appeals that received the Commission reached 680 appeal and therefore the judiciary to follow up on appeals will be delayed in deciding it.'
stresses Lami on it 'in the event of appeals many is supposed to head the Supreme Judicial Council mandate additional judges of the electoral body for the completion of the appeals in the period specified in the rules and regulations'.
There it is, doesn't surprise me at all...
I was taking a walk in my neighborhood this week. I saw a license plate that said 2TAAADA. I do not make a habit of reading license plates. I thought this was interesting. Have a blessed day family. Prayers for all who are in need today for healing today.
I saw one that said : " CBI IS GOING TO GIVE BOZO GOI AN IR IN 2014"
Well..... OK ...... But from a distance it sure looked like it said that ........ lol
