Goddessof Love:
WHAT IS LEFT TO DO NOW THAT THE GOI HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED??
We watched a very THRILLING event today with the seating, the swearing in and all of the publicity photo's taken of the NEW GOI.
I for one thought I had a front row seat by watching it on the live stream and looking at all the articles that were pouring out of the internet.
Whew!! What a wild ride!!!
NOW what is left to do before they release the RV?

FUZE:
The GOI has been announced. Soon we should here the currency reforms have been fully implemented. That's It.
FUZE
GoddessofLove:
I know that they are working on the budget as we speak and that should be resolved here shortly.
I thought we needed the reform to happen BEFORE the budget was completed so that they would have accurate numbers to work with.
Do we have to wait until that said list is done???
I sure hope not….. if we are waiting for the BUDGET, then that puts us out another 2 weeks or so.
I'm not sure if they are possibly waiting for the GOI to officially start their session tomorrow or not before releasing the RV. I remember seeing somewhere that they wanted to see the GOI seated and complete their first Parliamentary decision. They are scheduled for their first session of the new GOI tomorrow morning. I hope the announcement of the RV is right after that. That is just my opinion.

Goddess_Of_Love, I understand you, it is my concern too. After reading some articles, I swallowed it, but I wish that I am very wrong. We can't have a functional government without a workable budget. IMHO, without budget the HCL and Article 140 cannot be implemented PUBLICLY.
Cyco:
Based on the news that the Kurds are in with a 3 month trial period to see if Abadi will honor revenue sharing, it is not stable gov till they are completely in. Hate to be one to say it, but we are back to waiting on HCL law to be passed. Supposedly that is what today’s CoM (Council of Ministers) meeting is about.

Celtseeker:
per the call notes...
DC: They were trying to rush things along. Everyone mostly agrees with it all, but to stop the confusion, they broke it up into pieces. Of course, they also had dignitaries to entertain as well. By all accounts, they were all blown away by Iraq’s process. They also got good briefings about what’s happening with ISIL. With RV and a stable, positive government, we can see them moving forward.
That brings us up to the votes today. Anything else from the weekend? [Tony: No.]
So now we have five votes to be done:
1. Confidence vote on Adadi
2. Confidence vote on Ministers
3. Agenda
4. Seating *
5. Budget.
They are going on all that today. Some votes have been done and published online. They started at 8am their time, then another one tonight at 8pm, then Tuesday morning. Those windows correspond to the votes. What most people believe is that to have a seated government, you must have a PM and ministers in place, and we believe that has happened. You also need to have the rest, but they are not vital for the RV, in my opinion. They have voted on most of the ministers, especially those relating to the RV, and the rest are occurring as we speak.
Therefore – how does that relate to the RV? We believe that the PM and CBI are getting it done as we speak. We are not giving a timeline, but it is in process again.
We saw the seating/swearing in today live. Only thing left is budget vote tomorrow at 9:30am when the new Council of Ministers meet as a group for the first time.

GoddessofLove:
Cyco- Thank you for that explanation.
So we are waiting for the vote on the budget at 9:30 (Iraq time for anyone else reading) from the COM.
Let's hope they get it passed so we can move on to having the CBI switched over and the BIS and IMF releasing the RV to the world. I also know that OBAMA did state he would not move forward until he felt certain items were accomplished.
He is announcing the plan for moving forward on Wed. I believe.
We are still in a good place for this week IMO.

For the budget to work it has to be based on the RV'd currency. That was always the plan. The budget approval is merely something that needs done; whether before or after RV matters not. BUT the number of the RV is likely IN the budget to make it work, right? So there are 2 scenarios:
1. They pass the budget based on the RV number assumed in the budget. Then the RV has to happen at AT LEAST that rate so it can work.
2. The RV happens at "some" rate, so then the budget has to be tweaked to match that number.
If you were a Minister or PM which would you do? My bet is that the RV number is already IN the budget so if they use AT LEAST that # then the budget can stand as is and we are in fast forward. This saves a lot of heartburn. If 2. is used and the RV happens at "some" rate then the budget is fluid and must be reworked again at the new number.
In my mind 1. is imminently easier.

AND... The UNSC has to formally release the Dinar from the last provisions of Chapter VII. The meeting was never adjourned, only recessed pending a few final actions, one of which was to release the currency for international trade.
This can happen quickly, but has not been publicly posted. No RV until this action is taken and the meeting is ADJOURNED, given Iraq their FULL SOVEREINCY!
Not negative, just the truth. Posting this in chat got me banned from posting there. Sorry if the truth is ñot allowed here. It helps me stay level and not get excited about something that is not here yet.
Yesterday was a HUGE day in the forwarding of this global event. I have been cautioning for over a month that the seating of the Government was a key requirement, but NOT a backwall event. Dinar is drying up among the dealers and that too is an excellent sign.
Be blessed. Don't expect when, expect will.

Ishman:
DC shared the process of the RV, if I head and understood him, yesterday.
1. Groups exchange for the first 2 days.
2. Public release of RV and 800 numbers late day 2 or early day 3, following Groups
3. Public exchange would follow on or about the 3rd day following the GOI announcement.
Let's hope TNT is considered a "Group."
