I come to you today to give you an update on why we have not yet heard of an announcement of the formal election results and how this relates towards the international rollout of the IQD for Iraq.
In today’s Iraqi news it stated the Federal Court ratified the results of the parliamentary elections. A source at the court said in a press statement that the Federal Court ratified the election results except for 4 names that have been postponed. Who are these 4 names? Who is going to be the candidate for the new prime minister? Who will be selected for the new president?
Too many questions still pending. Seems they are not yet ready to disclose the full information to the public. Why? Do they still need wiggle room for manipulation?
Today they have not told me anything new that I did not already know as I stated last since Friday in many of my news letters that the election results have been ratified.
Nouri al-Maliki, congratulated the Iraqis and the MPs for the approval of the Federal Court on the elections results today.
So what is the game being played ?
As I have stated in my last news letter on 6/14, the electoral commission had sent the names of the winning candidates for membership of the House of Representatives to the Federal Court for review and to ratify. They did this in May. It was announced back in May the judiciary would complete the review and ratify the results by June 1st, then it was postponed until June10th and now still no firm date as to when we will see the full announcement and details. We need full transparency otherwise we do not know what larks in the near future.
So I have to tell you - I smell a rat!
What we don’t yet know is an official published explanation as to why the hold up and what are all the candidate. But I do know why. Read on.
Spokesman of the Independent Higher Commission for Elections chroma-Moussawi today said that the parliamentary legal committee stated the delay in the ratification is not in everyone's interest and may lead to a legislative vacuum and legal.issues.
Al-Moussawi also said that the law requires the Federal Court to ratify the results within the specified timelines as in the constitution. He explained that the Federal Court is currently circumventing legal procedures in order to decide the outcome of the winners.
The winning bloc and the citizens of Iraq expect full transparency and impartiality, and according to the law. It is not up to the courts to decide but to only ratify the results and make them public.
A member of the legal committee for the State of Law, Jinan Albraism in an interview said that the Electoral Commission for elections had sent the names of the winners of the parliamentary elections held on April 30th to the Federal Court for approval of the final results on last Thursday, June 12th. The commission pointed out that the current delay in the announcement of results is not in favor of the winning political blocs and demanded the Federal Court to expedite to announce the names of the winners.
So you see now we have determined who is holding this up. It is stuck in the judiciary.
Now why it is stuck in the courts?
It is stuck in the courts because the actual winners contradict the plot at hand to allow the current prime minister Nori Al-Maliki for a 3rd term. The current government, now is under proxy leadership (still Maliki). There is no parliament as of June 14th.
Is this always what Maliki wanted? Todisband/dismiss parliament. They only get in his way. He is not seizing the opportunity of the void in government to take control and he is using this last terrorists attacks as his excuse.
He has decided he does not like the actual results of the election (of course it is not in his favor) so he has once again decided to take matters into his own hands and seize the opportunity.
Again I am telling you this because this is how these would be dictators operate. Throughout history the pattern is just too familiar. You can not give these power hungry manipulators an inch since they will try to take a mile. The easiest way to deal with them is simply to go forward as if they are no longer involved. Leave it to them to challenge the effort and they better have legal standings.
Remember how I said Maliki is not going away without a fight? Well this is proving me right again.
The speeding up the ratification of the election results is important and necessary to hold the first session of the new parliament to elect a president and its two deputies and speed up the election of the President and his deputy, and then go to elect Prime Minister and members of the government to end the constitutional vacuum, which the country suffers now from.
So today’s news is all good news but it seems lacking full transparency and depth.
I still believe we are not yet out of the dog house ....lol..... since I do believe there is some monkey business going on with manipulation of the real election results by the courts before they will make them public.
Since we still do not know all the candidates, today’s announcement was a let down and useless since the names were not published. I feel the announcement they did was to appease those demanding a speedy ratification process. But what real purpose did is serve? Just to say the elections results wee ratified does not really mean much to the world.
I am still hearing very strongly that a possible coup d'état may be on the near horizon?
I have explained why I believe this information could have some validity in my 6/14 news letter. Definitely something to watch for and pray that is can be stopped.
I want to emphasize once again this final announcement of the IQD going international will not happen until the USA feels the Iraq government is stable and is a functional government. This is has been the plan all along. They may have wavered a bit on how the plan was implemented but the overall plan guidelines have not changed.
Peace and Luv To Ya All,
