ATTITUDE WHEN CHIT HITS THE FAN
Ha ha, war, blowing me up, leg gone, keep on shooting, arm gone, use the other one, and as long as you’ve got your senses about you keep on keeping on until your body can’t, and then bite them when they get close. Fight and never give up and don’t become a prisoner, better to blow up, die violently in the exhilaration of the gory moment than to sit and starve, dehydrate, burn or freeze to death. Keep on fighting, keep on killing, keep on doing what you can until you can’t. You can’t die until you can’t live, and if hell is on top of you fight like hell until you can’t and don’t worry about dying, you’ll die when you die and if you make it through this one, then the next one might get you and so what, everyone dies, might as well go out in a blaze and a burst of fire than to sit in an old folks home waiting for someone to change your diaper. Don’t stop fighting, don’t cry about getting hurt or someone else getting hurt, and if your best friend or family member blows up next to you, well hell, now their adventure is over (wonder if they’re pissed?). Whatever comes, whatever marches or rockets over the hill, when you can, engage it and don’t worry about a thing, like, “I want to live,” that’s bullshit...you’ll live or you’ll die, like changing suits is dying, so don’t give it a hand grenade thought, for when the pin is pulled it’s your time, but until THAT moment, give them hell. Life is an adventure. Don’t turn it into a “Why me pity party.”
