Dutch Foreign Minister Frans Timmermans said that one of the passengers who was aboard of Malaysian "Boeing" that crashed in Ukraine had an oxygen mask on his face. This fact that the remaining passengers aboard did not have oxygen masks on their faces raises questions. Experts explained how this fact is related to the official version of the crash.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Frans Timmermans said that one of the dead passengers Malaysian "Boeing", that crashed in eastern Ukraine, was found with an oxygen mask.
"You know that one (of the dead) was found with an oxygen mask on his face. That is, he had time to do it. We must not exclude "- said the Minister in the program of local television, RIA" Novosti ". This is the first time that an official of the Netherlands opened the constructive parts of the country's investigation.
Until now it was thought that all on board the ship that crashed in the Ukraine, died instantly. In addition, for the first time Timmermans disclosed details that are held in the country's investigating the circumstances of the crash.
Previously, experts have stated that the instantaneous destruction of the aircraft could be caused by fragments of antiaircraft missile "Beech" that hit the aircraft, as opposed to the theory that it get hit by a less powerful "air to air" rockets that would leave aircraft fuselage intact. This is indicating that some of the passengers, in a critical situation, could have time to use masks, which reduces the likelihood that surface to air anti-aircraft missiles hit the aircraft.
If we assume that the masks were ejected out in case of emergency, and one passenger had time to use it, this means that airplane was airworthy for some time.
Test pilot, Honored Pilot of Russia Vadim Bazykin said in a broadcast "Kommersant FM" that this information may indicate that passengers did not die instantly, within few seconds. "Planes are equipped with a special system. When there depressurization occours, oxygen masks are ejected, passengers do not need to go anywhere, as a rule, they simply put them on. This suggests that one of them managed to do all this, who, apparently, realized that depressurization was happening, apparently, the explosion was in several stages, a few seconds, maybe, "- he said. "Perhaps it was stretched for over few seconds. But this does not change, in fact, the overall picture, "- said the pilot.
Put on a priory
Former military pilot, and aviation pilot of "Aeroflot" Vitaly Sokolovsky thinks it is impossible that the mask could wear only one passenger. According to him, the release has not been fixed for all the masks, the mask was most likely portable and released separately to cabin crew.
"See it is necessary, what an oxygen mask. Perhaps she was carrying, perhaps, the passenger was not bad, and the flight attendants gave him to breathe. Because the stationary mask falls in the event of loss of the aircraft, when the height exceeds a certain limit. If you loose all stationary masks and it take it just one person, it is almost impossible, "- he said," Russian news service ".
First Vice President of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems, Konstantin Sivkov believes that this fact does not change the basic version of the disaster, according to which the plane broke apart from external influence.
"The fact that one of the passengers was found with an oxygen mask, does not allow to revise the basic version of the accident. External damage to the aircraft is too obvious. Blow come from the outside - most likely from aircraft cannon. It is known that among the passengers were sick people - maybe someone of them became ill, put on masks to strike at the aircraft, "- said Sivkov.
The expert did not rule out such a scenario, in which the ship could continue flying for some time, after the air strike.
"Maybe a missile hit the fuel bay, but not all fuel tanks burned at once, it took some time before the fire moved to the other and there was an explosion - in this period, passengers could easily manage to wear masks," - said the expert.

From the Institute for anesthesiology and revival of the Krasnodar Regional Clinical Hospital № 1 Sergey Sitnikov said that the passenger could be in the plane with his mask, if it was required by his health state.
"It is theoretically possible, but such transports are negotiated with the shipping company. It's not just - if I want to enter into the cabin with oxygen, they will not let me, "- he said the newspaper VIEW. That is, if it was a mask of sick passenger information should be preserved in the documents of the airline.
"There are diseases (in which the passenger must have an oxygen mask) a lot, ranging from the banal pneumonia, ending with asthma, emphysema, it may be a cardiac pathology, launched coronary heart disease with heart failure. It's a big list. Almost all semi-critical condition, lung disease, conditions that are accompanied by a low content of oxygen in the blood (called hypoxemia), you can correct the additional supply of oxygen. Since the air content of 21% oxygen is sometimes insufficient. To do this are used oxygen masks. The mask could be not just oxygen, and some of the inhaler, suppose it asthma ", - he added.
"If it was a patient who had to take oxygen somewhere a cylinder or an oxygen concentrator should have been find," - said the doctor.
"Malaysian Airlines" Boeing 777, flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, crashed in the Donetsk region near the town of Thorez on the border with the Lugansk region. On board were 298 people, all of them died.
In the first hours after the news of the incident various informal version began to appear in the media, many of them the next day.
In particular, there is evidence of, allegedly, Spanish manager of Kiev Borispol Airport, who said that the plane was accompanied by Ukrainian Air Force fighter. The presence Ukrainian military aircraft in area where the tragedy occurred, an eyewitnesses reported. However, the world community, shocked by what he event, did not pay attention to it, because the world's largest media aired Ukrainian version, and United States officials said, even before the first results of the investigation, that Russians are responsible. In support of his allegations the White House brought out messages of users of social networks and video sharing videos on YouTube.
Representatives of the People's Republic declares that do not have weapons, capable to bring down the plane at an altitude of 10 thousand. Meters.
The preliminary investigation has been slow. Group of international experts, trying to reach the crash site of Boeing, has repeatedly come under fire Ukrainian aviation and artillery.
In the list of the dead were listed 43 citizen of Malaysia, including 15 crew members, 27 Australians, 12 Indonesians. Another 10 victims of this tragedy were the subjects of Great Britain, one of them had a second nationality - South Africa. Also among those killed were four Germans and as many Belgians, three Filipinos, a Canadian citizen, and one from New Zealand.
On September 9 Dutch commission that investigates the crash of a Malaysian airship published a preliminary report about the crash.
According to the preliminary results of the investigation, the plane broke apart in flight, probably as a result of structural damage "caused by the external influence of numerous high-energy objects." About the source that these objects, the report does not say anything. Experts also found no evidence that the accident was caused by technical problems crew errors. The Dutch Safety Board has not yet determined the exact date of publication of the final report.
Some relatives of the victims began to prepare a lawsuit against Ukraine in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in accordance with international law, as every state, that opens its airspace is responsible for it. Regarding the victims, the Ukraine has not fulfilled its obligations, this is the basis for their claim.
In an interview with LOOK previously president of the air transport infrastructure "Partner of Civil Aviation", Chairman of the Public Council of Civil Aviation Rostransnadzora Oleg Smirnov noted:
"Ukraine has so grossly violated all international rules that Holland could announce that it has filed to file lawsuit against Ukraine because Kiev did not abide to international rules and interferes from the first day of the investigation of this flight accident. Ukraine would not let Commission, professionals and experts at the crash site of the liner. "
